CP Resident and Guest Parking

We would like to take a moment to remind everyone about our community’s parking guidelines to ensure a smooth and orderly experience for all.

Residents: Please make sure to utilize your designated numbered parking spots or your garage for your vehicles. This helps keep our community organized and allows for adequate guest parking.

Guests: Visitors are welcome to park in the non-numbered spots located directly in front of the pool area or in other unmarked spaces throughout the community. Please refrain from parking in any numbered spots or those assigned to residents which are normally directly in front of their homes. Below is a map of areas where visitors can park.

Important: Vehicles parked in violation of these guidelines may be subject to towing at the car owner’s expense. To avoid any inconvenience or additional costs, please adhere to the designated parking areas.

By following these simple guidelines, we can maintain an accessible parking environment for everyone.

Honoring Heroes and Celebrating Safely: Happy Memorial Day, Coventry Pointe!

As we approach Memorial Day, let us take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

While this holiday is often associated with barbecues, gatherings, and the unofficial start of summer, it’s essential to prioritize safety as we celebrate.

Here are some guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend:

  • Grill Safety:
    • Keep grills a safe distance from your home, deck railings, and any overhanging branches
    • Never leave a lit grill unattended
    • Clean your grill before use to prevent flare-ups
    • Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the grilling area
  • Pool Safety:
    • Ensure proper adult supervision when children are in or around the pool
    • Encourage the use of  inflatable pool floats and arm bands for inexperienced swimmers
    • Enforce pool rules and ensure all gates are securely closed

As we gather with friends and family this Memorial Day, let’s remember the true meaning of this holiday. Take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by our fallen heroes and express gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy.

We wish you a safe, meaningful, and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend.

Welcome 2024 with Friends, Fun & Safety!

As we prepare to ring in 2024, let’s celebrate New Year’s as a community with festive cheer and helpful precautions to safely ensure residents close out 2023.

We hope all our Coventry Pointe neighbors have an enjoyable holiday gathering with loved ones as we say farewell to 2023 and enter a bright new year!

Take time to connect with friends or family and make meaningful memories while also being mindful of a few holiday safety tips:

  • Sparklers are permitted during New Year’s celebrations, but please refrain from bringing large, professional-grade pyrotechnics into our community, as those violate safety codes.
  • Children should only use sparklers under strict adult supervision. Have water on hand to properly extinguish used sparklers to prevent the risk of fire or burns.
  • If consuming celebratory champagne or alcoholic beverages, please make proper arrangements in advance for a designated driver or alternative transportation. We advise against driving while impaired. Planning ahead helps ensure everyone in our community safely arrives home.

We wish everyone good health, joy, and prosperity in the year ahead! Let’s prioritize community safety and togetherness as we launch into 2024.

Let’s Light Up Our Community for the Holidays!

As the holiday season approaches, we encourage all Coventry Pointe residents to help us deck the halls (and homes!) with festive decorations to get everyone into the holiday spirit!

Whether you go all out with elaborate light displays, simple candlelit windows, or sparkling trees – any bit of decoration makes our neighborhood more cheerful and bright for all our residents to enjoy. Plus, decorating together is a great way for our community to come together.

So, let’s make this the most festive winter yet in Coventry Pointe! The nights are getting longer, so take the opportunity to illuminate our streets with colorful lights. Adorn your doors with wreaths and ribbons. String up those twinkling lights along your roof and windows.

If you need any recommendations for festive seasonal décor, reach out to your neighbors or our community Facebook message boards for inspiration on making your home stand out.

Let’s make this a wonderful holiday season and build special memories together as a community!

Street Light Upgrades

Over the next few weeks, our community management will be upgrading the street lights in Coventry Pointe to new energy-efficient LED bulbs. These upgrades will help improve visibility and safety on our streets while also providing environmental and cost savings benefits.

The new LED street lights will direct the light downwards towards the road, rather than outwards where it can intrude into homes. This will help reduce unnecessary light pollution in our neighborhood. If you experience any issues with light glare or intrusion after the new LED street lights are installed, please contact our community management office.

We hope you’ll agree that the LED upgrade will be a positive change for our community. The new lighting will make our streets safer and more visible at night for vehicles and pedestrians, while also being more sustainable and cost-effective than our old street lights. If you have any other questions or concerns about this lighting project, don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the installation process!

Trick or Treat

Our annual Halloween Trick or Treat for the kids will be on Tuesday, October 31st from 6-8pm in the Coventry Pointe neighborhood. Here are some reminders for parents and children:

  • Participating houses should leave their outdoor front lights on during trick or treat hours. If a house has its lights off, please skip it.
  • Children should trick or treat in groups with parental supervision. Do not go off on your own.
  • Costumes should be visible or have reflectors for safety if it gets dark.
  • Only trick or treat at houses in our Coventry Pointe neighborhood.
  • Inspect all candy when you get home before eating.

We hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween! If you plan to hand out candy and participate, please leave your outdoor front lights on during the 6-8pm time frame so kids know to stop by. Feel free to decorate your yard and get into the Halloween spirit!
