Weekend Snowfall

We received almost a foot of snow over the weekend, and crews have been actively working to clear roads, parking areas, and common spaces as conditions allow.

Please use caution when traveling through the community, and allow extra time for plowing and snow removal operations. Conditions may continue to improve throughout the day as crews make additional passes.

If you notice any issues such as:
• Areas not cleared
• Icy or hazardous conditions
• Blocked access points or safety concerns

Please report them directly to management so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the storm. Stay warm, stay safe, and please check on neighbors who may need a little extra help today.

Happy New Years!

As we ring in the New Year, we want to wish everyone a safe, happy, and successful year ahead. Thank you for continuing to make our community a great place to live by looking out for one another.

To help keep everyone safe, please note that fireworks are not permitted in the community.

If you choose to celebrate with sparklers or other small, kid-friendly items, please do so responsibly:
• Use them only in open areas, well away from homes, vehicles, and dry landscaping
• Always supervise children closely
• Keep a bucket of water nearby and fully extinguish sparklers after use
• Never discard hot sparklers in trash cans or near combustible materials

These precautions help prevent fires, injuries, and property damage so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and safe New Year’s celebration.

Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you all a Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Wishing everyone a season filled with warmth, laughter, and time with family and friends. Thank you for helping make our community such a great place to live throughout the year. We hope your homes are bright, your celebrations are joyful, and your New Year starts off strong.

As many of us welcome guests and host gatherings over the holidays, we ask for a quick favor to help keep things safe and smooth for everyone:

• Please park vehicles in your assigned parking spaces whenever possible
• Guests should use designated visitor parking areas
• Avoid parking in fire lanes, along curbs, or blocking driveways and sidewalks

These small steps help ensure emergency access, keep traffic flowing, and make sure everyone can enjoy the holidays without added stress.

Thank you for your cooperation and for being great neighbors.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a safe, happy holiday season!
