Steps to Submit Your ARC Request

  2. Complete the Form
    Be sure to provide all required information, including:
    • A detailed description of the project.
    • Whether the project will be completed by the homeowner or a contractor.
    • Attach the Contractor’s Certificate of Insurance (CIO), if applicable.
  3. Attach Supporting Documents
    To ensure timely processing, attach all relevant documents, such as:
    • Plans, drawings, or blueprints.
    • Material lists or product samples.
    • Photos, permits, or other supporting details.
  4. Submit Your Request Online
    Once you’ve completed the form and gathered your attachments, use the Homeowner Dashboard to submit your request directly to the Architectural Committee.

Important Notes

  • Do Not Start Your Project Without Approval:
    By submitting your request, you agree to wait for formal approval from the Architectural Committee before starting any work.
  • Compliance with Governing Documents:
    Familiarize yourself with the Architectural Standards outlined in the HOA’s Governing Documents. Failure to comply may result in required alterations or removal of improvements.
  • Liability Agreement:
    By submitting your request, you agree to:
    • Take full responsibility for any damage resulting from your project.
    • Indemnify the HOA and its Board of Directors from any claims, disputes, or mechanic’s liens related to the project.
