Community playground

Happy Spring, Coventry Pointe!

We’re thrilled to share an exciting update about the community playground. After listening to resident feedback and reviewing professional recommendations, the playground location has officially been moved to the front of the development near the chiropractor’s office.

Why the change?
🏈 Several homeowners expressed concerns about the original location taking away from the open field used for football and baseball, as well as its proximity to homes.
💧 Additionally, our resurfacing team flagged potential drainage issues at the original site—something that could lead to costly repairs in the future.

We heard you—and we’ve acted!

This week, prep work begins at the new location. Tree trimming will be underway, and one tree will be removed to make room for both the playground and a fence. Once the area is fully cleared, installation will begin.

🗓️ Timeline: Clearing and installation will take place throughout April 2025.

We’re incredibly excited to see this new addition take shape and can’t wait for our youngest residents to enjoy a space made just for them. Thank you for your continued support and feedback as we build an even better Coventry Pointe together!

HOA Annual Meeting

The 2025 Coventry Pointe Annual Meeting has been scheduled, and all homeowners are encouraged to attend. This meeting is an essential opportunity to discuss community updates, ask questions, and participate in the election of new Board members.

📅 Date & Time: Thursday, May 8th, 2025 @ 6:00 PM

📍 Location: North Coventry Township Building, 856 S Hanover St, Pottstown, PA 19465

Board Election – Call for Candidates

Three (3) Board positions are open for election this year, each serving a two-year term. We are currently seeking dedicated homeowners who are interested in serving the community by upholding HOA regulations, assisting with decision-making, and working toward the betterment of Coventry Pointe.

📝 Interested in Running?

  • Complete the Board Candidate Application.
  • Submit it to Molly Brady at Reese Management via email at Molly@reesemanagement.com no later than April 1st, 2025.
  • A list of candidates and their bios will be distributed to all residents shortly after the deadline.
  • Voting will take place in advance via returned ballots or in person at the annual meeting.

Annual Meeting Agenda

  • Review of community updates and accomplishments from the past year.
  • Discussion on key HOA matters and upcoming initiatives.
  • Q&A session: The Board will address community-wide concerns (individual issues should be directed to the Property Manager via email).
  • Election results for the three available Board seats will be announced.

How to Participate

Homeowners are encouraged to attend in person, but if you are unable to do so, you may submit your ballot ahead of time. Instructions for early voting will be included with the candidate bios and ballot mailer.

Coventry Pointe HOA 2025 Census

This is an important initiative to ensure the HOA has up-to-date information on all residents and properties within our neighborhood.

Coventry Pointe Homeowners Association has adopted a mandatory annual census form to be completed by all homeowners. The purpose of the census is to allow Coventry Pointe HOA to provide timely information to first responders in the event of an incident, determine whether vehicles parked in the community belong to Coventry Pointe homeowners, and assist with comprehensive community planning.

Please note that your information will not be shared with third-party companies and will only be accessible by the Coventry Pointe HOA Board of Directors and Reese Management Company.

Attached is the Coventry Pointe Homeowners Association 2025 Annual Census Form. This form is required to be completed on or before April 1st, 2025. Forms received after April 1st, 2025, will result in a $25 monthly fine being imposed, so please remember to mail or email the completed form as soon as possible.

Important Reminder

It is important to note that census forms must be sent to Molly@Reesemanagement.com or mailed to Reese Management in King of Prussia. However, monthly HOA fees should be sent directly to the lockbox at Truist Bank in Florida.
