We’re pleased to announce that the 2025 budget has been finalized and is attached for your review. The HOA monthly fee will be $300, which now includes the previous special assessment fee of $50. This year, we’ve given our community front entrance a stunning makeover with new stones and fresh landscaping. But the enhancements don’t stop there! We’re excited to announce that a brand-new Coventry Pointe sign will soon adorn our entrance wall, adding an inviting touch to our neighborhood.

• Touch-ups on driveways and walkways as snow melts or wind blows snow back into cleared areas.
• Keeping your entry ways safe and clear for family, guests, and neighbors.
