Updated Pool Rules

We hope this message finds you well. In light of recent events, the Board has made the decision to implement new pool rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents. These rules will be enforced effective immediately.

Please take a moment to review the updated pool rules, with the new additions highlighted in red:

  1. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, weather permitting. Anyone found in the pool area outside of these hours will be considered trespassing, and the North Coventry Police will be notified.
  2. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  3. Pool key tags must be visible at all times. Guests are limited during peak hours (12 PM – 4 PM daily) and holidays. Contact management if you need a key and tag.
  4. All guests must be accompanied by a resident/homeowner at all times. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.
  5. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult resident (18+). Teens aged 15-17 without an adult are limited to 1 guest. Parents are fully responsible for their children’s safety.
  6. No more than four (4) swimmers per resident are allowed, unless they are from the same household.
  7. No diving, acrobatics, running, pushing, wrestling, or any dangerous activities in and around the pool area.
  8. Profanity and excessive noise (e.g., music, shouting) are prohibited.
  9. Flotation devices, masks, fins, and water toys are restricted when the pool is crowded and should be removed when not in use. These items cannot be stored at the pool or restrooms.
  10. Glass and breakable containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  11. Pets are not allowed inside the pool fence.
  12. Smoking is not permitted inside the pool fence.
  13. Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Swim diapers are required for non-potty-trained swimmers.
  14. Defecation will result in immediate pool evacuation and closure for treatment. The responsible party will be charged for any resulting damages.
  15. Jumping, climbing, or forcing entry into the pool area is a violation and will result in the revocation of privileges. Unlawful entry is considered trespassing, and the North Coventry Police will be notified.
  16. Pool furniture is provided for your convenience and should be treated with care.
  17. Private parties, except for community events organized by the association, are not permitted.
  18. Non-swimmers must use life preservers, water wings, or other safety equipment.
  19. Keep the pool area clean by cleaning up after yourself and your guests.
  20. In case of inclement weather (e.g., thunder or lightning), vacate the pool immediately.

Please report any violations of these rules to management. Violations will result in the suspension or revocation of pool privileges.

In case of emergencies, call 911 using your cell phone.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these new regulations. Our priority is to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all residents.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Important Notice: Blacktop Sealcoating Project

Attention Coventry Pointe Residents,

Please be advised that all blacktop areas within our community, including parking lots and driveways, will be undergoing sealcoating as part of a major capital improvement project. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:

Project Phases & Dates: The sealcoating will be completed in four phases. Each phase will render the designated areas unavailable for approximately 36 hours. Please review the attached map to identify which phase your residence falls under.

  • Phase 1 (Red): Closed Tuesday, May 21 & Wednesday, May 22
  • Phase 2 (Yellow): Closed Tuesday, May 28 & Wednesday, May 29
  • Phase 3 (Green): Closed Thursday, May 30 & Friday, May 31
  • Phase 4 (Blue): Closed Tuesday, June 4 & Wednesday, June 5

Vehicle Relocation: All vehicles must be removed from the designated work areas by 7:00 AM on the scheduled start date for your phase. Vehicles must remain out of the area for 48 hours to allow proper curing time. Any vehicles left in the work areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. If you store vehicles in your garage, please note that they must remain there for the entire 36-hour duration of your phase.

Pedestrian Traffic: We kindly ask that you refrain from walking on the freshly treated surfaces for at least 24 hours to ensure optimal results and prevent damage.

Rain Dates: In the event that your phase is delayed due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled to the next available rain date. Please note that the remaining phase dates will proceed as planned.

  • Rain Date 1: Thursday, June 6 & Friday, June 7
  • Rain Date 2: Tuesday, June 11 & Wednesday, June 12

We understand that this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation. This sealcoating project is a significant investment towards enhancing the longevity and appearance of our community’s blacktop surfaces.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our HOA management team. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to improve Coventry Pointe!

1/5: Weekend Snow Expected.

As we approach this weekend’s storm, we wanted to send out an update from Bates Landscaping. From the latest information, the system moving into our area on Saturday and Sunday. This storm is highly variable depending on how it moves South, as that will affect the mixing transition and the amount of snow you’ll see.

What To Expect –

  • Precipitation is expected early in the afternoon or around 12p +/- on Saturday
  • Snow is expected to come down heavily and quickly
  • Areas towards Philadelphia Airport will likely see a coating to 1″ of snow, while areas North will likely see pushable totals ranging from 2-4″
  • There will be a transition of mixing/rain between 5-8p
  • We could see snow activity again during the early morning hours on Sunday

The Plan –

  • We plan to complete an early morning pre-application of de-icing material on Saturday to keep properties safe – this will be to asphalt surfaces and walkways
  • Our teams will be ready to plow / push / shovel, where needed on Saturday depending on the activity occurring
  • De-icing material will be applied, if needed, during the storm to keep surfaces safe on Saturday
  • The team will be back out on Sunday morning to apply de-icing material, where needed, after the snow activity

Thanks,

Reese Management Company
