🌳 Revamped Community Entrance

This year, we’ve given our community front entrance a stunning makeover with new stones and fresh landscaping. But the enhancements don’t stop there! We’re excited to announce that a brand-new Coventry Pointe sign will soon adorn our entrance wall, adding an inviting touch to our neighborhood.

🏞️ Coming Soon: A New Playground!

We’re thrilled to announce that Coventry Pointe will soon feature a brand-new playground, fulfilling a long-standing request from many of our families. This exciting addition will create a fun, safe space for children to play and explore while also serving as a gathering spot for families to connect and enjoy the outdoors. We’re working hard to ensure the playground is installed and ready to be enjoyed by this spring. Get ready to make lasting memories in our enhanced community!

Friendly Holiday Reminders:

🎅 Parking Courtesy: Ensure guests use visitor parking, or free up your designated space by moving your own vehicle to a visitor spot if necessary.

❄️ Snow Removal Tips: Our community has a snow removal service that clears the roads and sidewalks, but to keep our community safe, homeowners should:

  • Clearing around your vehicles.
  • Touch-ups on driveways and walkways as snow melts or wind blows snow back into cleared areas.
  • Keeping your entry ways safe and clear for family, guests, and neighbors.

🔥 Safety First:

  • Keep live trees well-watered and away from heat sources.
  • Watch for icy patches and keep salt or sand handy for steps and walkways.

Let’s come together to create magical memories and make Coventry Pointe shine this Christmas. Thank you for making our neighborhood so special, and here’s to a safe, bright, and joyful holiday season!

🦃 Parking Guidelines for the Holiday:
To ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable Thanksgiving celebration:

  • Please remind your visitors to use the visitor-designated parking spots.

🎃 Participating Homes: If you’d like to join in the festivities, please turn on your front porch light during the designated hours. This signals to trick-or-treaters that you’re welcoming visitors.

👻 Safety Tips for a Fun and Safe Halloween:
For Trick-or-Treaters:

  • Always walk on sidewalks or pathways and cross streets at corners using crosswalks.
  • Carry a flashlight or wear reflective clothing to ensure you’re visible in the dark.
  • Travel in groups and ensure an adult is supervising young children.
  • Avoid eating candy until it has been inspected by a trusted adult.

For Drivers:

  • Slow down and be especially alert in residential neighborhoods.
  • Watch for children walking on roadways, medians, and curbs.
  • Enter and exit driveways cautiously.

For Homeowners:

  • Ensure walkways and driveways are well-lit and clear of tripping hazards.
  • Secure any pets to prevent them from startling visitors.
  • Use battery-operated candles or LED lights for jack-o’-lanterns to avoid fire hazards.
